This Paleo Diet Food list is a comprehensive collection of all the food that is at the heart of the paleo diet. Where possible, there are also recommendations by food group on what you should be eating. At the bottom the list continues with all the foods that are not allowed.

Paleo Diet Meat

Generally all meat is actually allowed on the Paleo diet. What you have to watch out for are heavily processed meat. I mean meat based products like Chicken bacon, Sausage, Hot dogs etc. Have a look at the ingredients and the actual product before you buy.

Paleo Diet Lean Meats:

  • Lean beef (trimmed of visible fat)
