This is an easy Paleo banana bread recipe which is moist and dense. A yummy healthy evening tea snack or dessert snack. I have made this at least two or three times now and you can leave out the chocolate to be completely Paleo.
1 cup coconut flour
2 large very ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup of coconut oil, liquefied
1/3 cup of honey
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 cup of roughly chopped dark chocolate
Pre heat oven at 350 degrees F.
Mix eggs till frothy in a electric mixer
Add the wet ingredients gradually and blend (except the chopped chocolate)
Add the coconut flour and the salt gradually and blend).
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Grease a bread pan with butter and pour batter in to the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Once warm tip over gentle on to a plate and serve.
