Now that you know how to make your own green smoothie, here is my basic green smoothie recipe. It is a good starter recipe and is a good base to rotate ingredients. I covered the steps in the above post but ill go through it again anyway. The recipe below yields approximately 750ml and is high in Vitamins A, C and K and also contains Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Manganese, Iron and Folate. I have also included a little bit of coconut milk, the added fat helps nutrient absorption.
